Production Coven is a Sweden-based service production company supporting international film, television, documentary, commercial, and branded content productions. We work as service producers, production managers, fixers, and line producers — helping productions run smoothly across Sweden, the Nordics, and other European countries.
What We Do:
We step in where international productions need local expertise, communication, and calm, timely problem-solving. Our support is flexible — from specific fixer work to full service production and production management.
Service Production
Local production support including logistics, crew coordination, locations, permits, equipment and vehicle rental, and on-the-ground problem solving for international shoots.
Fixer Services
Hands-on local coordination for interviews, documentaries, and fast-moving shoots — including locations, permits, releases, contributors, and cultural navigation.
Line Producing & Production Management
Budgeting, scheduling, contracts, crew hiring and management, and production management for international productions working across borders.

We are based in Stockholm and regularly support productions across:
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Poland, and other European locations — either as lead service producers or in collaboration with trusted local partners.
Who We Are
Production Coven was founded by two producers: Erin Scolaro Helen Wolff, who brought years of international, high-pressure production experience with us when we each moved to Sweden several years ago.
Before building Production Coven, we worked across major U.S. and European productions, with backgrounds spanning broadcast television, branded content, live events, and documentary work. We’re used to working with stakeholders with high expectations.
We’ve worked with major brands, networks, agencies, and creative teams with a wide range of budgets and with no room for chaos. That experience shapes how we work today — calmly, decisively, and with a big-picture view for the entire production, not just our piece of it.
When international productions come to Sweden or the wider Nordic region, we act as a bridge: translating not just logistics and permits, but production culture, communication styles, and expectations.
We know the clarity in communication required to manage shoots, especially across borders. Our role is to protect your project, your team, and your reputation, while adapting to the local realities. We’re confident, collaborative, extremely organized, and if we dare say it ourselves, fun! — the kind of producers you want in the room when plans pivot and creative solutions are needed on the spot.
